Our support during the sale process will include the following:

  • Facilitating the preparation of a company sales document and associated financial information
  • Supporting the management team with the design, preparation and delivery of company presentations
  • Supporting entrepreneurs and professional advisers from the initial approach to potential purchasers through to completion of the transaction

After completion of the preparation phase the timing of the sale process needs to be matched to market conditions and business growth rates.
