Stephen Furner

Stephen is a qualified accountant with over 20 years experience as a Finance Director and Non-Executive Director within both UK listed groups and venture capital backed MBO’s. During that period he has completed 20 M&A deals and successfully raised more than £50million of equity and debt finance.

Stephen is also a Non-Executive Director of Digital Window Ltd (Online Performance Marketing business operating in the UK and US) and Non Executive CFO of Inframation Ltd (Online Publishing business in the Infrastructure market).
