Sale Process

During the sale process, Viridian will arrange a “beauty parade” of various advisers that form part of the deal team on the transaction. Where an auction process is required, we will arrange for a sell-side firm to handle the marketing of the company and processing of initial offers from prospective buyers.

Viridian provide support to the founders during the sale process including company presentations to potential buyers, commercial negotiation of heads of terms, support with financial and legal due diligence, detailed negotiations of various legal agreements and all process matters through to completion.

Uniquely, Viridian is able to support the founders with post-merger integration and earn-out.
